Running "Mom diary", chapter two

This is the second phase of keeping folks up to date on what's going on with my Mom.  Yes, this is the final chapter in the life of the (in?)famous Barbara Walker, who enjoyed high notoriety in certain niche circles. While the 2022 saga happened around some mysterious circumstances, this time the triggering cause was much more profound and obvious -- runaway stage 4 cancer in several abdominal areas, which made itself evident very suddenly over the course of only a couple of weeks.  Various colleagues assured me that yes, things can ramp up that fast.

So again, I'm starting from various email and Discord posts back to my tech community, after I learned about all of this *during* Philcon 2025 in late November 2025 and was already planning to head for Florida directly from there anyway.  That turned out to be a most fortunate decision, as it would allow me to be with her during this progression.

251211.html : Not much has changed, so why is this section almost 15K of text??
251214.html : Mapping stages of decline, and more fun on the streets   (now with backlink to index)
251216.html : Into "transition" already?? Sure looks like it...
251218.html : Tender moments to total oblivion, it's kind of a rollercoaster
251221.html : The final passing, and now the real work begins...
  251224.html : Solo Christmastime ...
